This paper has been prepared on the basis of the report presented during the plenary session of the International Scientific and Practical Conference "Journalism in 2016: Creativity, Profession, Industry", which took place at the Faculty of Journalism, Lomonosov Moscow State University, February 7-8, 2017.
Abstract
The author draws attention to the mediasystem of the Crimean peninsula in the conditions of new nationhood. Accession of Crimea and Sevastopol by the Russian Federation revealed problem areas connected to the mass media integration of the new regions in Russian mediasystem.
